Leading As Yourself

Speaker: Lainie Mabbitt, Vice President, Lean Six Sigma Experts Corp.

A Gallup poll revealed that only 1 out of 10 people is a natural leader.  That means most of us may not feel as if we are "naturals," but that is okay!  As a leader, a potential leader, or even as an individual contributor, you can learn to use the natural abilities you possess as a person to bring authenticity and joy to your work life.  We'll discuss the innate and unique strengths you possess that can be applied to your role to make you a success.

Register by Wednesday, July 3

Lainie Mabbitt has over 20 years of Human Resources and training experience in the US, Europe and Mexico. She is a certified Myers Briggs analyst and instructor and holds a Certificate in Instructional Design from the Association of Talent Development. In her previous roles as Human Resources Director, Director of Training and Vice President of Human Resources, Lainie has worked with companies on vision, mission and values development to change their work cultures. She has created and led training on numerous topics including employee engagement and retention, presentation skills, executive leadership, conflict management and organizational change.
