Leading by Example and Inspiring Greatness in Others

This humorous and provocative session is full of practical tools that empower professionals to lead differently and inspire others. Learn how to stay positive, productive, and effective no matter the circumstances, and explore the impact this skill has on business and organizational culture. Identify the pitfalls of a victim mentality, and increase one’s personal resiliency. In this engaging and fast-paced session you will explore the impact of your leadership role regardless of title.

Learning Objectives Include:

3.            Develop the resiliency that inspires others to move through adversity.

Daniel Lobb, CPLP

Co-President, TRP

A veteran of the travel industry, Daniel spent ten years in operations and management while conducting tours across the US and abroad. He now leads TRP Enterprises, Inc., delivering powerful training programs for family businesses, large corporations, startups, non-profits and city governments. His ability to connect with a wide variety of people and facilitate insight and discovery are evident in the way TRP consults with organizations and trains trainers. He has also served the learning community as a National Advisor for Chapters for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and has served as president of the Piedmont ATD Chapter. 

The location for this meeting will be at Common Ground next door to “The Gateway Café”, 15 Angela Court suite D in Fishersville 22939. They are also located near Dominion Outdoors. 64 East to the Fishersville Exit, take a right then about a mile down on the left. Just past SAW CrossFit.
