| In an effort to promote
local businesses within our organization, SVSHRM is offering
the following opportunities for sponsorship:
WEB SITE:
SVSHRM may post their
open HR positions for free. Non-members
may post their HR-related position on the SHRM website for
$50.00 per job posting. The job posting will be displayed
for 30 days. Web Site postings should be emailed to webmaster@svshrm.org
MONTHLY MEETINGS:
The fee for exclusive
sponsorship of a monthly meeting is $250.00
The sponsor:
- Will be allowed to address the membership for a period
of 5 minutes, during the chapter business meeting.
- May invite two employees to attend the meeting at no
charge.
- May provide door prizes and table decorations.
- May have a table with literature, products and a banner
at the meeting room.
- May place literature and/or promotional materials at
each table setting.
- Will be acknowledged on the website,
including a display of the sponsor’s logo and a link to the sponsor’s
web site.
SOCIAL HOUR, NEW MEMBER ORIENTATATION
MEETING:
Sponsor opportunities are available for the
following:
Monthly Meeting Social Hour: For up
to $150.00*, event sponsors will provide drinks and appetizers
to be available during the registration portion of selected
monthly meetings. Sponsors will be listed on the SHRM
website.
New Member Orientation: For up to $125.00*,
event sponsors will provide drinks and appetizers for the
quarterly new member orientation meetings. These orientations
are held once per quarter on the Tuesday prior to the monthly
meeting. Sponsors will be listed on the SHRM website.
*If the total charges
are greater then the listed amount, the Chapter will
pay for the overage.
OTHER EVENTS:
SVSHRM invites sponsors
for other special chapter functions such as career fairs,
seminars, etc. Sponsor fees for
these events will be determined by the board of directors.
