Rockingham Memorial Hospital is seeking a full time Senior Compensation Analyst. Incumbent will support all aspects of a comprehensive wage and salary administration program and performance evaluation program including goal management to support accomplishment of the Human Resources Mission. Manages programs that directly relate to an annual total organization payroll of approximately 115 million dollars with over 800 jobs and approximately 2,000 Employees.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of three years of professional level wage and salary administration/Human Resources experience is required, preferably in a health care environment. Knowledge of performance evaluation strategies and electronic evaluation systems is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and organization skills are essential. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Operates with considerable independence, applying a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
