Explore intercultural awareness, why it is an important business competence, and how to apply it effectively. By the end of the workshop participants will gain a deeper understanding of and appreciation for their current level of intercultural awareness and learn concrete strategies to develop and apply this competence in specific business and social settings. Approved for 6 hours of HRCI general credit.
