VaSHRM State Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Opportunities

Dear Virginia SHRM Members:

On behalf of the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Committees with the 2010 Virginia State SHRM Conference, we would like to welcome you to join us for a wonderful program featuring the theme titled "The Fine Art of HR". We expect to host 550 to 650 of your peers and other HR decision makers streaming into the valley for this event! Our conference is to be held at the Hotel Roanoke on September 29 through October 1, 2010.

We still have very limited sponsorship and exhibit opportunities available. We invite you to promote your business and provide corporate support to the conference this year. Our attached flyers describe all of the various levels of sponsorship and exhibit opportunities. We are limiting the number of the support opportunities in order to offer the best value to your organization. In addition, we have great plans for your continuous visibility throughout the conference.

We also are focusing on maximizing your corporate support experience by greater communication between you and our Sponsor and Exhibit Host Teams, both for pre-conference planning and on-site help during the conference. There will be designated hospitality rooms stocked with refreshments just for our Sponsors and Exhibitors so that you have a place to relax and entertain your clients throughout the conference. We have a unique layout with concentration on forced flow and communicating your presence with us. We truly want to create a Sponsor Experience in thanks for your support and to make your investment as successful as possible.

We would love to work with you for our 2010 program. For more information about Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor opportunities please contact:
